ODD FINDINGS!

THIS JUST IN…TRULY AMAZING, heY!

Yeah, I couldn’t believe it either, but there it was. I was simply sitting around and wondering what Dick Cheney was up to and, you know, things like; what’s he plotting to do once he’s not in Washington anymore and such, and then the whole experience got me hungry, so anyhow, I went to the pantry and got some snack crackers, Triscuits, my fave, and as you can glow here, seeing is believing!

Times being what they are, I’m prob gonna put this on eBay, but save yourself some dough and shout me first to own this oddity for your kidz or grandkidz or showing out or whatevers,  heY!

Lost In Briefs

I’m not a big breakfast eater, and who knows, maybe it is what gets you through…until, the afternoon carbs.

What keeps you up at night? For some, just about everything, but most assuredly, it’s the stuff that vies for attention in the daytime. You know this setting; what little air there is in the room is only circulating aided by flip-charts and is ten-degrees hotter than outside, the speaker is on his fifth magic-marker load of pros and cons, you are not allowed to leave the room until the break, and your cell phone was confiscated at the door.

Where do you go, until you are rudely aroused by your notebook slipping to and smacking the floor, or your head jerks in-voluntarily into the wall? Happier times? World domination? Who knows indeed…

Be A Senator This Year

…FOR HALLOWEEN, YEAH! WHY NOT? THAT’S WHAT LARRY CRAIG IS GOING TO BE!

Remember this guy? U.S. Senator Larry Craig (R-ID) caught playing footsie in an airport bathroom, who swore he was going to resign and then changed his mind? Yeah, looks like the resigning is probably an option again, or at least his Republican colleagues hope it is.

UPDATE: Arousing the ire of his Republican colleagues, embattled Sen. Larry Craig, R-Idaho, again reneged on a pledge to resign from the Senate, announcing Thursday afternoon that despite a judge’s refusal to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea, he would remain in the Senate. A member of the Senate Republican leadership immediately denounced Craig’s decision, calling the situation “embarrassing” and suggesting that Craig’s change of mind was dishonorable.

Unbelievable. I’m off to find my mask and get my nuts and bolts tightened, heY!

Dick Cheney Hired Meh!

Great News! Dick Cheney’s office contacted me me MEH to do the official Veepresidential Portraiture to be unveiled at his retirement bee in 2008 or if ever, heY! Well, I’m pretty full up and pumped about it! I understand the art is not to ever be hung in the traditional sense, rather, to avoid work blockages and for all to behold, will be placed on casters and dragged all through the streets of Washington DC, the Nation’s Capital, (hint – free answer here if you are boning up for the new citizenship test). I am not quite finished with my dooty, but here is a snap shot of me deep in concentration at my homeland safe home school:

I hope His Most Serene Highness, Dick Cheney will enjoy the finished by-product!

This is, of course, a spoof of the original work pictured below by Rene Magritte, an artist favorite, titled, “La Clairvoyance.” Magritte was born on November 21, 1889, in the town of Lessines, Belgium. He was a Surrealist who used out of place and out of proportion imagery to provoke thought. His accessible and vivid Surrealism caught on in the 1960s and his works, or variations on them, were popularized as album covers for such artists as Jeff Beck, Jackson Browne, Styx, and Jethro Tull. With Magritte’s wit, I have a feeling he would have approved of my adaptation.
